Every athlete is looking to perform better, train more efficiently and gain an advantage on the competition. Jeff currently coaches endurance athletes in soccer, paddling, cross country running and tennis. He helps them get faster and stronger when they need it, during their most important competitions.
We develop customized periodization plans designed for you and your sport which will help you train smarter and more efficiently.

All of our coaching programs include the following steps:

Assessment

 - Define Goals, Athletic Background, Strengths and Weaknesses

Testing and Measurement

 -Lactate Threshold and VO2 Max, Power Output, Sport Specific

Program Development

 - Matching Objectives to Goals, Set up Yearly Plan, Prioritize Events

Implementation

 - Weekly workouts based on Specific Periodization, Email and Phone Contact, Adjustments based on feedback, performance and schedule changes

Coaching Programs Available

 Monthly Program Fees: $205 a month
 $150 startup fee for testing
